Knovel problems

Is anyone having problems with Knovel resolving to a blank page if they try to access it through the ezproxy? Something as basic as the link to the main search page isn't working. My original proxied URL is
http://libproxy.mst.edu/login?url=http://app.knovel.com
However, it resolves to
http://app.knovel.com.libproxy.mst.edu/web/etc/proxy-ip-auth.html?target=%2Fweb%2F&rdomain=ude.tsm.yxorpbil.moc.levonk.ppa

Why would that "domain=ude.tsm.yxorpbil.moc.levonk.ppa" be tacked on to the end? We have the OCLC suggested configuration in our file.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Yes; we are getting a blank page with:
http://ezproxy2.library.drexel.edu/login?url=https://app.knovel.com
and a url that ends up with:
http://app-knovel-com.ezproxy2.library.drexel.edu/web/etc/proxy-ip-auth.html?target=%2Fweb%2F&rdomain=ude.lexerd.yrarbil.2yxorpze.moc-levonk-ppa
Same stuff tacked on at the end; it seems to me that it never got to the target specified.

When I use:
http://ezproxy2.library.drexel.edu/login?url=http://app.knovel.com
rather than https, I get:
https://app.knovel.com/web/
so it seems to have dropped right out of the ezproxy stanza.

Talked to knovel, who supplied a slightly different version from OCLC's:
T Knovel
U _http://www.knovel.com
U _http://app.knovel.com
DJ knovel.com
(I don't know what the underscores are for; took them out) and my problems seem to have gone away.
I didn't understand that all you need is to go through ezproxy at the start; after that they know who you are and redirect you to a url without ezproxy in it.

Ian,

That is the stanza, without the underscores, we've had for a while now and have not had any problems.

Ian,

I have that stanza and it still doesn't work for us. I have been able to get a proxied URL to successfully get through to the Knovel site once this morning, but I think it's because Knovel is recognizing me now. Try closing your browser/clearing cache and see if it still works or if the problem comes back when you try to access Knovel again through a proxied link. I'm interested to know if it still works for you afterwards because it doesn't work again for me.

Dear Jennifer,

I tried from a free-tier instance in AWS using firefox to go to:
http://ezproxy2.library.drexel.edu/login?url=app.knovel.com and www.knovel.com

both worked to get to a pdf, though again, ezproxy had dropped out by the time I got the pdf. This is a browser that we use just to test ezproxy, so it is set to clear all the settings out on closing; I checked that it is still so, and am pretty sure there isn't a cache issue here.

Sorry I can't be more help,

Just to be sure - I've tested with Firefox, IE and Chrome on and off since this afternoon and cannot replicate the issue. I see the same behavior Ian describes - proxy drops off and I end up on this page - https://app.knovel.com/web/ - but our brand is in the upper right hand corner and am able to access the PDFs.
