Logging in to sciencedirect accounts while Ezproxied?

Greetings!

Are any other institutions with ScienceDirect, getting the error message
Connection refused by www.sciencedirect.com, please try again later.
when users sign in with their individual ScienceDirect accounts, but only
when they are already authenticated through ezproxy?

Just tested about 5min ago, and no issues here so far at Finger Lakes.

Hello,

I tried it out and came up with a slightly different problem. I logged in via proxy just fine. After logging into my Science Direct account it sent me to a screen that said I needed to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox so Science Direct can function properly. I clicked on the link provided to upgrade to the latest version of Firefox and it told me I already have it installed (as I suspected).. Same exact thing occurred in Internet Explorer.

I’ve also noticed that downloading more than one PDF article in Science Direct doesn’t seem to work either.
