We've just encountered a problem similar to this one from the list archives. Google Chrome considers Reference Universe , a database we began a trial of this week, as a phishing site. Chrome displays a bright red page (like this one ) with the words: "Phishing attack ahead / Attackers on refuniv.odyssi.com.libproxy.plymouth.edu might try to trick you to steal your information (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards)."
The Ref Univ people filed a false positive report with Google, which fixed it for a while, but it's back. Have you seen this happen and can you suggest how I might squash it for good? More details:
This only happens with Reference Universe and only via EZ Proxy. I've never seen this problem with another database. The stanza we're using is the vendor-approved one:
# Reference Universe
T Reference Universe
U http://reference.paratext.com
DJ odyssi.com
H refuniv.odyssi.com
DJ paratext.com
H reference.paratext.com
Have you seen this error? Have you fixed it?
Thank you,
Mike
